This blend contains Yerba Maté, Green Tea, Gotu Kola, and other enriching herbs, which have been known for centuries to restore fatigue while delivering a natural and grounded energy boost. With the Yerba Maté and Green Tea base, each tea bag contains approximately 25mg of gentle, slow-acting caffeine. One package contains 10 hand-packed tea bags, each with 750mg hemp.

How To Brew:
1. Bring water to a boil
2. Pour 1 cup over tea bag
3. Steep 3-5 minutes
4. Compost tea bag
How to Consume our Energy Hemp Tea
To brew our Energy Hemp tea, first bring a kettle (or whatever means you please) of water to boil, then, after allowing it to briefly cool, pour approximately 1 cup (240mL) over your teabag in a cup. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your intended strength of flavor (longer steeping equals stronger taste!). Finally please compost your tea bag, sit back and start feeling good with your cup of tea!
